Average travel time by car, depending on traffic and your exact address:

• Haren: about 15 minutes
• Hoogezand: about 20 minutes
• Winsum or Bedum: about 20 to 25 minutes
• Appingedam: about 30 minutes
• Delfzijl: about 35 minutes

We plan with time to spare, so you arrive on time and without rushing.

How much is a taxi to the UMCG?

You receive a fixed price before the ride. It depends on your pick-up address, the travel time and any waiting time. Call, WhatsApp or use the form for a price.

Can you pick me up after my appointment?

Yes. For short appointments we wait for you. For longer ones you call or message us when you are ready, or we agree on a pick-up time in advance.

Do I need a referral or indication?

No. You can book and pay per ride yourself. If your Dutch health insurer or personal budget (pgb) covers the ride, we provide the details you need.

Is the driver able to speak English?

Yes, you can book and travel in English.
